Freebi will help you get you connected!
Connecting to a Freebi Hotspot is easy and if you’re not sure there is plenty of help to get you up and running.
Firstly, when you’re in a Freebi Hotspot Venue or Zone you can easily identify the Freebi Wireless Network in your PC or Device settings.
Every Freebi Network is displayed the same way, all begin with the word Freebi and is followed by the venue name. For example:

The Freebi Interactive Access Point (IAP)
Once you have selected the Freebi network in your settings, simply open up a web browser, (Freebi works with all browser types).
The Freebi Interactive Access Point will automatically load into your browser. On this web page you will find information about the venue where you are using the Freebi Wi-Fi Service.

Freebi is able to provide Free internet for you through the ‘subsiding’ or ‘sponsorship’ of ongoing costs via advertising revenue.
In exchange for free internet usage, you will be required to view advertisements and answer a quick survey question on our Interactive Access Point when you first log on.
To get access to the internet, you will need to answer access question and agree to our Terms & Conditions.
Once you are connected to the internet you will be presented with a short advertisement (no more than 30 seconds) timed to suit the type of venue providing the free access.
For instance in a cafe, the advertising frequency after log in is every 15 mins for the first 45 minutes and every 10 minutes thereafter.

Freebi Wi-Fi is offered to you by venues, events, workplaces, shopping centres, hair salons, waiting areas & our own Freebi Wi-Fi Hotspots for free.
You will never be asked to put in any bank details, credit card numbers or sign direct debit forms.
There are no hidden fees, charges or ongoing commitment.
